National Inclusion Week 2024 is an important time for AP Cymru – The Neurodiversity Charity as it aligns with our mission of creating a neuro-inclusive Wales.
The theme this year, Impact Matters, highlights how meaningful inclusion can positively affect individuals, communities and workplaces. We are seeing more and more Neurodivergent Networks start in businesses and organisations, and we are keen to work with them to support their growth.
At AP Cymru, we believe that true inclusion means valuing and understanding the unique strengths of both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals. Our engaging training sessions are developed from lived experience and delivered by experts who are deeply knowledgeable about neurodiversity. These sessions are designed to benefit everyone, whether you are neurotypical or neurodivergent by developing understanding and practical skills to create inclusive environments.
