SAFE (Stability and Family Empowerment) is AP Cymru’s preventative family support programme, providing early intervention for neurodivergent children, young people and their families. Through guidance, emotional support and community connection, we help families stay stable, connected and empowered, reducing the risk of crisis and ensuring support is available when it is needed most.
