Purple Tuesday
We had great fun on Purple Tuesday at St David's Centre in Cardiff. We would like to give a big thank you to the wonderful team there, and also to everyone who visited the stall and purchased items which supports our ongoing work.
We received a number of enquiries also about the services we offer. You do not need a diagnosis to access our services.

Tempo Time Credits are fantastic for volunteers!
All our amazing volunteers are invited to register for Tempo Time Credits. You earn Time Credits by volunteering for us, and in return you can cash them in for so many different opportunities across Wales and England.
One very exciting opportunity is tickets (on occasion) for amazing shows at The Wales Millennium Centre. There are evening tickets available on the 11th November and 13th November for the amazing 'Top Hat The Musical.'
Please contact us if you would like to volunteer and then be able to attend wonderful shows as a thank you from us.
Trustee Week 2025
This is Trustee Week where we celebrate the nearly one million trustees who give of their time and skills so freely. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our exceptional Board of Trustees for all the work they do for the charity.
Robert, our Chairman, has been speaking to us about being a trustee alongside his fellow board members.
"Rebecca, Sam, Ashlie, Tracy and myself are privileged to be the Trustees for AP Cymru.
This charity undertakes superb work for the neurodivergent community in South Wales and beyond and it is our responsibility to ensure this invaluable service not only continues but expands in future."
As Trustees, we give Karen and her team support in governance, budgeting, managing risk and planning future initiatives. We are delighted to work with such a talented and dedicated team in AP Cymru and to witness the superb support and training they provide every week."
Acting as a Trustee is a major responsibility, but a worthwhile one when helping a charity like AP Cymru do such valuable work."
-Robert Firth
