AP Cymru are pleased to share that we are supporting 1811 children, young people, and families across South Wales.

Understanding everything can be overwhelming, confusing and isolating. This is why our support does not start at diagnosis, nor does it end there. We are here before, during and long after a family receives a diagnosis.

Our work is centred around the needs of families, with services that include:

Peer support and one to one guidance.

Information and advocacy around education and healthcare.

Tailored workshops and training for parents, carers, professionals and schools.

Inclusive activities and events where neurodivergent children and young people can be confident and themselves.

Emotional and practical support for the whole family.

No two families are ever the same. This is why our approach is personalised, flexible and delivered by people who understand what you are going through. Many of our team are neurodivergent themselves or have neurodivergent family members.

Without timely and appropriate support, families can feel lost in a system that doesn’t always meet their needs. We proudly bridge that gap.

Supporting 1811 individuals is something we are incredibly proud of but sadly we know the need is growing.
